  • The Career Summit: July 28-31, 2026

    This interactive, multi-day workshop is designed to help students: figure out where they want to go and how to get there; find a job and get hired; succeed in the workplace and build job readiness skills; and advance in their career through continuous learning and mentorship. Designed like a game, students participate in competitions, multi-sensory lessons and movement-based activities to help generate self awareness that leads to career direction.

HOPE Factory

  • HOPE Factory is accepting applications for the second half of the 2025-26 school year  for students interested in advanced manufacturing and construction skills. Students learn alongside craft professionals in trades like welding, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and manufacturing. The program produces high-quality, affordable, energy-efficient, and fire-resilient manufactured homes for Oregon families. Entrants can earn at least 2.0 CTE credits, optional (4) LCC Math 085 credits, and a BOLI Certified Pre-Apprenticeship Certification.  Reminder: HOPE is an extension of your District CTE Programs!

Emergency Services

  • Emergency Services provides students training for careers in emergency fire (structural and wildland) and EMT – all while completing hands-on skill training days at local fire stations. Students earn high school/college credits, CPR/BLS, Wildland and Emergency Medical Responder Certifications. Navigate your pathway to emergency services!

Behavioral Health Pathway

  • The Behavioral Health Pathway program supports students in becoming behavioral health advocates and/or service providers – all while learning how to apply mental health wellness, skills, and practices. Students earn high school/college credits, First Aid/CPR, QPR, Sources of Strength, Teen Mental Health First Aid, de-escalation, and Peer Support Specialist certifications. Community Events and Resources

  • Lane Arts Council has developed a roster of PD workshops focused on arts integration and artistic mindset in the classroom. If you have any questions or want to explore possible collaborations for this year, please contact Ben Minnis at artsed@lanearts.org

  • ODE has created an Arts Access Toolkit to help districts improve access to arts learning as part of a well-rounded education. It is full of resources and strategies that can help ensure students are afforded the right to utilize the arts as tools for thinking, learning, expression, and liberation.
