Perkins V
Perkins forms:
- Perkins Spending Guidelines 22-23 | ODE guidelines for Perkins purchases
- Perkins Request for Reimbursement 22-23 | For use by a School District Business Office when claiming reimbursement for the expenditure of Perkins funds
- Activity Outcome Report (AOR) | A Perkins Grant requirement for all teachers receiving Perkins funds for the purchase of equipment or professional development. Documentation of purchases must be completed by June 30th of the current year

Regional Advisory Committee
The Advisory Committee is an integral component of the CTE Program of Study.
Historically, each POS formed their own advisory, creating extra work for the program teacher and increasing the demands on our industry partners. Seeking to develop a more efficient and connected system, we are partnering closely with Lane Community College to launch specific career learning area Regional Advisory Committees for ODE approved Programs of Study in our high schools.
Each Regional Advisory Committee brings together secondary educators, postsecondary educators, and industry by career area. Made up of individuals with experience and expertise in the occupational field(s) industry partners advise educators on the design, development, implementation, evaluation, maintenance, and revision of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs within a career pathway.
An advisory committee is required for every approved career and technical education (CTE) program in Oregon and is considered an invaluable part of the program, supporting the student’s success in their chosen career path.
The Committees meet quarterly to solve problems, collaborate, and support Programs of Study with topics like developing more career learning opportunities for students, advising new and emerging occupations, assisting with industry credentials/college credits, reviewing curriculum/equipment, and much more.
